Episode 14 – Tuesday May 20th, 2014 - We are excited to be joined by former Rhode Island College and new University of Maine men’s basketball head coach, Bob Walsh, to talk about moving from a D3 to a D1 school and his plans for the program going forward. The baseball wrapped up the regular season this past weekend in Orono, we will have a full preview of their first round America East playoff series. All this and so much more as we come to you at a special time this week!

Episode 13 – Sunday May 11th, 2014 - The guys are joined by the head coach for the Black Bear’s softball team, Lynn Coutts, to review the season and look at recruits and plans for next year. Mac brings us up to speed on men’s basketball head coach, Bob Walsh, to see if he can bring any new talent into the program in the next month or so. Finally we go over our fizzy memories from Commencement 2001.
Episode 12 – Sunday May 4th, 2014 – With news breaking over the weekend that Rhode Island College’s Bob Walsh offered the men’s head coaching job at Orono, we are excited to be joined by the Bangor Daily News’ assistant sports editor and Maine Sports Writer of the Year, Peter Warner. The guys discuss whether Bob Walsh has what it takes to turn the Black Bear basketball program around. Mac reviews the turn-out for Erin’s Run in Bangor on Saturday.
Episode 11 – Sunday April 27, 2014 - For the second year, Fill The Steins is a proud sponsor of Erin’s Run, a race to end domestic violence in Maine. We are joined by Bangor’s Mayor and race co-organizer, Ben Sprague, to discuss the woman the event honors and how you can take part. The guys then switch gears and discuss the latest in the search for UMaine’s next head basketball coach along with an update on all the spring sports results.
Episode 10 – Friday April 18, 2014 - Our Maine Politics series continues when we are joined by current US Representative and candidate for Governor of Maine, Mike Michaud, to discuss what it was like growing up in a mill town and how he plans to reform education if elected. Now that the men’s basketball head coaching position is vacant at Orono, the guys discuss who might take over the job and it they have any chance of turning the Black Bear program around. All this and much more so please make sure to join us! 
Episode 9 – Sunday April 13, 2014 - We are excited to be joined by UMaine Women’s Basketball Head Coach, Richard Barron, to talk about the Lady Black Bears’ season, recruiting, and goals for next season. Mac spend the weekend in New Orleans and will have a report on the best places to Fill The Steins in The Big Easy. We will also recap the weekend’s results in Baseball, Softball, and Track & Field.
Episode 8 – Friday April 4, 2014 - New England’s most preeminent craft beer reporter and founder of the website, TheBeerBabe.com, the lovely Ms. Carla Companion joins us to discuss the Maine beer scene and her current favorite ways to Fill The Steins. Adam discusses the budget issues the the UMaine System is facing for the 2015 fiscal year and why Orono is in better shape than some of the other campuses. We will also take a look at this week in sports for the Black Bears and much, much more. 
Episode 7 – Sunday March 30, 2014 - As we head into election season our Maine Politics series gets underway when the guys are joined by Eliot Cutler, Independent candidate for Governor in Maine. Mr. Cutler will talk about his plan for education and job reform as well as what he likes to do when he’s not running for political office. We shift gears dramatically and kick-off a new series on UMaine’s most famous professional wrestler, D’Lo Brown. Brian will also recap the weekend results in spring sports and so much more. 
Episode 6 – Sunday March 23, 2014 - The lady Black Bears were at Fairfield on Sunday in the 2nd Round of the Women’s Basketball Invitational tournament, Brian recaps the game. Our Style & Leisure contributor, Keithe Luhmann checks in with a look at the first weekend of the Men’s NCAA Tournament and the guys preview their Final Four teams. Democratic candidate for Governor, Mike Michaud, recently proposed free tuition for sophomores attending state colleges and universities in Maine; the guys discuss this plan and whether or not it has any merit.
Episode 5 – Sunday March 16, 2014 - She already has America East all-conference player, Miss USA representative, and Survivor: Redemption Island contestant on her resume, but now Ashley Underwood adds the Fill The Steins Podcast to that list. Although the results aren’t what we hoped they would be the guys break down the Maine Hockey season and look ahead to next year.
Episode 4 – Sunday March 9, 2014 - A massive weekend up at Alfond Arena as UMaine Hockey beat Merrimack in the first round of the Hockey East playoffs. WMEB Sports Director, Cody Beckett, joins the guys to review the game and preview the next round playoff series at Providence. The guys then take a look at the lackluster performances by the men’s and women’s basketball teams in the America East playoffs and what next season may look like for each team.
Episode 3 – Sunday March 2, 2014 - UMaine alum and news anchor for WNEW in Washington D.C., Jim MacKay, joins the guys to talk politics, sports, and his memories of Orono. Are Ted Woodward’s days numbered as Men’s Basketball coach at Orono, the guys discuss what’s wrong with the Black Bears. Plus a look at Maine’s first round Hockey East tournament match-up against Merrimack.
Episode 2 – Sunday February 23, 2014 - Adam and Brian recap the weekend that for the Black Bears hockey team along with tough losses for both the Men’s and Women’s basketball team as the regular season goes into its final weekend. James Morin, President of Black Bears of Portland, joins the guys to discuss a big alumni event at Pat’s Pizza in the Old Port this Friday Night. Episode 1 – Sunday February 16, 2014 - Adam and Brian talk about launching a podcast version of the website. Whittneigh Kinne, hockey commentator for WMEB 91.9 FM, discusses the Black Bears’ weekend sweep of Merrimack and how the team looks as we approach the playoffs. Matt Grondin checks in with a look at Grease and the rest of the School of Performing Arts spring line-up.
